Kinderart-crayons

Description: First we learned about the artist Paul Klee who was known as the artist who created Castle and the Sun. We made a line up top that was 2 inches down and cut the paper to make the shapes we needed. We made four shapes and used those shapes and other shapes to make a castle. We drew a sun also. Coloring in the castle we had to use either dark or light colors and then the background would be the opposite. We used crayons to color in.

Extension: In social studies having the students use this to make a famous building or to build a home they would want. The steps would be repeated but it would be done in the way they want it.
